1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777xf ("777xf", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777xf website located at https://777xf.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 777xf platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 777xf platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2.Eligibility

To register and use 777xf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older. 777xf strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and may request documentary proof of age (including a valid Pakistani CNIC) at any time.
• You are not accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where 777xf has determined it cannot lawfully serve players.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee of any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 777xf, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 777xf or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

3.Account Registration

To access the full range of 777xf Services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

• One Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account at 777xf. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777xf will never ask you for your password. Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Accurate Information: You must keep your account details accurate and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Verification: 777xf reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by 777xf may result in account suspension.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777xf are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. 777xf does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unnamed third-party accounts.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit at 777xf is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. The first withdrawal from a new account requires identity verification. 777xf reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal regardless of account history.
• Withdrawal Processing: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to operational requirements. 777xf reserves the right to use alternative withdrawal channels where necessary.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds held as active bonus balances are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. See Section 5 for further detail.
• Inactive Accounts: 777xf reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have not been logged into for 12 consecutive months, where a positive balance exists. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

777xf offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms which are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses at 777xf carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiple (e.g., 30x) and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 777xf reserves the right to restrict any promotion by account, country, payment method, or game at its sole discretion.
• Abuse Prevention: 777xf actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk strategy betting, hedging, round-tripping, and coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Players found to have abused bonuses will have offers withdrawn and may have accounts reviewed or closed.
• PSL & Sports Promotions: Cross-platform promotions linking cricket or PSL betting to casino credits are governed by the specific promotion terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.
• Modification: 777xf reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules for each game category — including cricket betting, PSL odds, live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Ocean King Jackpot — are published within the relevant section of the 777xf platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets and game wagers are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not available after confirmation except in circumstances of verifiable technical error attributable to 777xf.
• In the event of a genuine 777xf system error resulting in an incorrectly displayed price, payout, or game outcome, 777xf reserves the right to void affected transactions and refund stakes to player accounts.
• Live betting markets (including PSL ball-by-ball) may be suspended at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension will be settled in accordance with the applicable product rules.
• 777xf uses certified RNG software for all non-live game outcomes. Live casino games use real cards and real roulette wheels operated by professional dealers with HD streaming.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per game and per event. These are detailed within the relevant product section.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 777xf and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Opening, or assisting others in opening, duplicate accounts for the purposes of circumventing platform limits, obtaining additional bonuses, or evading a previous suspension or exclusion.
• Colluding with other players, including in live table games such as baccarat or blackjack, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software tools, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with the 777xf platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors rather than reporting them to 777xf support.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of corrupt sports wagering.

8.Responsible Gaming

777xf is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended solely for entertainment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 777xf players at no charge, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration with optional on-screen time notifications.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 777xf account. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed. All active balances will be returned to your registered payment method after any bonus amounts are removed.

9.Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777xf platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 777xf content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 777xf intellectual property may result in legal action.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xf, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 777xf platform or Services.
• Losses arising from bets or wagers placed on the platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond 777xf's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Any reliance placed by you on information or content published on the 777xf platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777xf's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data by 777xf is governed by the 777xf Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By using the 777xf platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

777xf collects personal information — including your name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, payment details, and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. 777xf does not sell personal data to third parties.

12.Amendments to These Terms

777xf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Continued use of the 777xf platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777xf is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact the 777xf support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777xf from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court.
